A full information service is provided to your renters including key collection point, directions from the airport and then to the property, welcome packs, airport transfer, meet and greet, hiring of baby equipment.
Inspection Service
Whilst your property is vacant and for your own peace of mind, weekly inspections can be carried out to check for signs of damp, leaks, utilities and plant care. If any problems have arisen, you will be contacted either e-mail or telephone. Small repair jobs can be taken care of immediately and anything larger we will require your authority.
Cleaning & Laundry
Our team of professional cleaners are trustworthy and reliable. Maid service can be arranged mid stay for your yourselves or guests. Laundry is collected, professionally laundered and returned fresh, fluffy and pressed. If your property is new we can carry out a “builders clean” and arrange for the marble to be repolished. The windows can be cleaned inside and out.
Gardening & Pool Care
We can arrange garden and pool care within your tailor made package. We can inspect the work and also arrange payment.
Building Services
We can arrange to project manage any sort of building works from small projects up to large alterations and extensions. All of the people we use come highly recommended and produce good quality workmanship.
Home Furnishings
We can arrange a full furniture package including curtains and carpets etc down to the last teaspoon! We can arrange to fit your lights and bathroom fittings, Our staff will make appointments and take delivery on your behalf should you not be available.
